delivering your flowers with care
We are not responsible for the incorrect delivery date being entered by our customers via online orders. If a mistake should be made, please let us know as soon as possible and we'll of course do everything we can to help.
Orders are delivered during normal business hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday.
We cannot guarantee a delivery time.
Internet orders cannot be processed for same day delivery and will be delivered on the next business day or a later date of your choice.
For same day delivery please either send us an email or phone us on +1 646 688 5753. We will do everything we can to accommodate. Flower choices may be more limited for same day orders.
Orders that must be signed for by a mailroom/doorman/security/reception are considered delivered and are no longer our responsibility.
We do not deliver on Sunday or on national Holidays.
We can provide delivery confirmation upon request, but please bear in mind that all of our orders are hand delivered by a specialist flower delivery service. We do not have the same tracking facilities as an international global courier.

In keeping with our environmental standards, we currently only offer delivery within Manhattan.
avoiding delivery headaches
Whilst we'll do everything possible to get your flowers to the right person at the right time, additional delivery charges may apply and refunds are not provided when we've done everything we can based on the information provided to us. Here are some tips to avoid any delivery delays or problems.
Please provide as much information as possible about the delivery location when placing an order:
- If delivering to a business address we need the company name, floor/suite number and a contact telephone number for the recipient. Many buildings in the city have stringent security access policies that we must adhere to, providing us with all the necessary information means we can deliver more efficiently for you.
- For private residences, please let us know if the building is managed by a doorman.
- If there is no doorman you must provide us with the home telephone and/or cellular phone number of the recipient, so that we can arrange a suitable time for delivery. You may be liable for additional delivery charges if we have to make more than one attempt to deliver.
- Please make sure that the recipient will be available at the delivery address on the requested delivery date. Also be sure that you have provided us with the most current delivery address for the recipient. We are not responsible for recipient's being on vacation/out of the office/at a new address.
